• Filing Annual Reports with the Florida Department of State, Division of Corporations.
• Assisting in Limited Liability Company (LLC) creation in Florida.

Please note that individuals and businesses can file directly with the respective authorities without using our services. FileMyFlorida.com provides a streamlined submission process for the services mentioned above, which are available for a fee ("Service").

3. Fees and Payment

3a. Fees

• BOI Filing: $99 per submission.
• Annual Report Filing: $299 per Limited Liability Company filing and $349 per Corporation filing which includes the State filing fee. ($138.75 / $150)
• LLC Creation Assistance: $350 per filing.

These fees are charged per service rendered and are non-refundable once the submission process has been initiated, regardless of the outcome of the submission.

3b. Payment Methods

We accept payments via credit card or other methods made available on the Website. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method and authorize us to charge the applicable fees.

3c. No Refunds

All payments for services provided through FileMyFlorida.com are final and non-refundable.

4. Filing Process and Disclaimer

FileMyFlorida.com provides assistance with the filing of Beneficial Ownership Information Reports, Annual Reports, and LLC Creation. However, we are not responsible for the final approval, rejection, or processing of these filings by their respective authorities. Submission through FileMyFlorida.com does not guarantee compliance or approval from the respective governing bodies.
